Being in the Now is not hurrying toward a Future.
If I had a way to travel back in time,
Then I’d find the day-
Some way-
To feel you again as mine.
Though the man you were just yesterday
May not be your best all-time
The future boasts no threat to you
In that it’s undefined
As I recall, it was the Now
In which your best did shine-
It was the sun that lit my day
